Omnia Beshir

Omnia has been in the legal profession since 2022. Prior to joining AlFeshawy ElShazly & Partners Law Firm, Omnia was part of a leading law office in Egypt and UAE, where she worked on several cases in Egypt concerning corporate, civil, commercial and criminal disputes. Furthermore, she joined the legal field in Dubai, where she assisted in handling intricate arbitration and arbitration related litigation cases which held under UAE institutions such as DIAC and ADCCAC, providing legal analysis and support throughout the process. She also actively participated in meetings with clients, discussing case strategies and addressing their legal concerns, ensuring open lines of communication and efficient collaboration. At the same time, she was assigned to preparing legally sound and well-researched memorandums and presenting complex legal arguments.

Omnia is a graduate of the faculty Sharia’ and Law, English department, Al-Azhar University, with a grade of Excellent with distinct Honour and ranked sixth amongst graduates.

Omnia is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Omnia is fluent in English and Arabic.
