Norahne Magdi

Norhane has been in the legal profession since 2021. Prior to joining AlFeshawy ElShazly & Partners Law Firm, Norhane was part of a leading law firm in Egypt, where she worked on several cases in Egypt and the UAE concerning corporate and bank’ loans.

Furthermore, she participated in litigation proceedings related to construction and commercial disputes. Her practice with the Firm focuses on several construction Arbitration cases under the CRCICA and ICC Rules, and also investment cases under ICSID Rules. At the same time, she was also a part of the Advisory and corporate team, she was able to draft and review contracts and prepare legal opinions concerning several legal inquiries.

Norhane is a graduate of the faculty of law, French section, Cairo University, and she is also a license holder in Law from Pantheon Sorbonne University in France. And in 2021, She got her master’s degree in “International and European Business Law”, specializing in “International Arbitration” from Pantheon Sorbonne University.Norhane is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Norhane is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
