Sara Ashraf

Sara graduated 2022 from the faculty of Islamic Jurisprudence and Law (English Section) with

general grade Excellent degree with Distinct Honors, ranked among the top students.

Sara is studying master’s degree in IP Law.

Prior to joining AlFeshawy ElShazly & Partners Law Firm, Sara gained practical experience as a part of a top tier law firm in Dubai, there she worked on several cases, relating to corporate and dispute resolutions, under UAE laws concerning.

Furthermore, she was a part of a leading law office in Egypt, where she worked on several cases in Egypt concerning corporate, criminal disputes and all kinds of civil and labor disputes. Moreover, she participated in litigation proceedings related to construction and commercial disputes. Her practice with the firm focuses on several law suits regarding civil, criminal, corporate, labor law disputes. At the same time, she was also a part of the external litigation team, she was able to draft and review contracts and prepare legal opinions and memorandums with reference to several legal inquiries.
