Yasmine ElShazly

Yasmine joined Al-Feshawy El-Shazly & Partners Law Firm in 2021.

Her practice with the Firm focuses on multi-jurisdiction cases particularly under Qatari law, Kuwait and Suadi Arabia. In addition to several cases related to construction under the CRCICA. Also, Advising on Commercial, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Maritime law, Labor law and Data Protection matters as we provide Legal consultations on diverse matters such as Commercial contracts in particular Franchise agreement, Labor matters especially the employment matters  and other corporate matters under various laws I.e., commercial law, companies’ law, civil law (specifically on liability and indemnification), along with compliance and Labor Law regarding several jurisdiction such as Jordan and others.

She prepared several as well as contentious and non-contentious advisory work Including reviewing and drafting contracts, in addition to writing several articles in various topics such as Maritime Law and Commercial Law.

Yasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law, English Department, Tanta University with honors.

She holds Master of Laws, L.L.M, from Ain Shams University

She recently enrolled in the first level of the Professional Arbitration Diploma from the Faculty of law at Ain Shams University in cooperation with the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

Yasmine is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Yasmine is fluent in Arabic and English.
