Ziad Yasser

Ziad has been in the legal profession since 2022. Prior to joining AlFeshawy ElShazly & Partners Law Firm, Ziad was part of a leading law firms in Egypt, where he worked on several cases in Egypt concerning corporate, criminal disputes and all kinds of civil and labour disputes. Furthermore, he participated in litigation proceedings related to construction and commercial disputes. His practice with the firm focuses on several law suits regarding civil, criminal and labour law disputes in Egypt and Qatar courts. At the same time, he was also a part of the Advisory & Corporate team, he was able to draft and review bilingual contracts, prepare legal opinions concerning several legal inquiries and participating in incorporation process of different types of companies before governmental authorities in Egypt.

Ziad is a graduate of the faculty of Law, English department, Cairo University, and he obtained an international trade and investment diploma, Ain shams university and Private Law diploma.

Ziad is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Ziad is fluent in English and Arabic.
