Technical linkage to the Real Estate Registry and Authentication sector at the Ministry of Justice – and exchange of data
In order to achieve public interest while using databases to achieve prompt justice- an agreement has been reached between the Public Prosecution and the Real Estate Registry sector to link and exchange data. Several technical sessions were held that resulted in achieving the desired result that will provide the Public Prosecution with the following:
* Verifying the authenticity of the powers of the attorney presented to the Public Prosecution through reviewing the registered data of the parties to the powers of attorney when added to cases in the criminal justice system and law enforcement, as well as the basic power of attorney data (number, letter, year, Authentication office), as well as the preamble of the power of attorney (subject of the Power of attorney) and finally the
parties of the power of attorney (the agent and client).
* Dispensing the paper inquiries from Notary Offices regarding agencies, due to their instant availability through the digital system.
* The fast transmission of digital requests that require inquiries from Notary Offices regarding power of attorney.
* Enabling inquiries about either fully or partially canceled powers of attorney and the verification of their validity instantly.
* Dropping traffic violations from the owner of the vehicle whose ownership has been proven to be transferred to another according to a sale contract and obligating him to pay the values of the traffic violations from the date of the sale contract
The Public Prosecution Department seeks to integrate with various state agencies to achieve common interests, its ultimate goal is to achieve swift justice in the implementation of the second phase of the public prosecution strategy in digital transformation
